This is so quick and easy. Simply mix 1/2 teaspoon of matcha in a matcha bowl with 1/2 cup of cold; almond milk and voilà! a tasty, nutritious shooter!

Matcha has only a few calories. A normal serving of matcha is 1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) per matcha bowl or cup. This comes out to only 2.86 calories and Zero fat.
