Foodie’s Matcha~ Perfect for Baking


Foodie’s Matcha is a perfect culinary grade for baking, a perfect balance of vibrant green matcha and affordability. This particular matcha is more astringent and powerful in it’s flavor. It is is excellent for making green tea ice cream, because the wonderful flavor and color comes through.

Here at A Taste for Tea we are a bunch a fun-loving tea drinkers, particularly matcha. We love matcha not only as a Japanese traditional and very auspicious drink, but for its wonderful health-giving properties.
